Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLPs) or accredited program for SLPAs
- Current Alaska state certification and licensure (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (for SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 47 students across two elementary schools
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services onsite
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
