Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency with common documentation systems and IEP processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility for assignment to school site based on district needs
- Commitment to working onsite for the full academic year
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans to address a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student communication needs
