Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience delivering speech therapy in schools, pediatric healthcare, and teletherapy environments
- Strong understanding of K–12 student needs, IEP process, and educational best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing site assignments within the district
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the special education process
- Maintain detailed records and adhere to compliance guidelines
