Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Oklahoma
- Experience providing therapy and assessments in school settings
- Pediatric/caseload experience preferred
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms, but must provide services onsite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and generate reports
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general and special education teams, families, and support staff
- Monitor goals progress and provide timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations
- Engage in professional development and remain current with best practices
