What We’re Looking For:
- Current Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students as needed
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate, compliant records and report on student progress
- Provide support and education to families and staff on speech-language development
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
