Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Dublin, Ohio

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure to practice as a SLP
- Previous clinical or school-based experience supporting pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong organizational skills to effectively track and document progress
- Excellent interpersonal communication for collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs for K-8 learners
- Evaluate speech, language, communication, and social needs to tailor individualized intervention plans
- Complete thorough, accurate documentation and progress notes within expected timelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain a flexible, student-centered approach to therapy within the scheduled 20 hours per week
