Qualifications:
- Active MA SLP-CCC license
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology and/or healthcare settings
- Comfortable working with pediatric populations (K-8)
- Experience or interest in teletherapy delivery
- Capable of working independently and as part of a broader educational team
- Open to candidates in CFY or with SLPA collaboration experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Utilize teletherapy technology as needed
- Deliver culturally responsive services for bilingual learners
