Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP license for Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric speech-language services
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and collaborative care planning
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Adaptability and a strong sense of professionalism in an educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluation and therapy for students ages PreK–12
- Participate in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
- Engage families in supporting carryover of strategies at home
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and provide relevant input
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to optimize student outcomes
