Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Brockton, Massachusetts

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active MA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP – CCC) certification required
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must
- Experience providing services to pediatric populations, especially in school or healthcare environments
- Capacity to deliver therapy through both in-person and teletherapy modalities is highly valued
- Open to SLPs at various points in their careers, including Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced professionals
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators and fellow therapists
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-8 students
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver therapy sessions both onsite and online as appropriate
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with state guidelines
- Provide support and coaching to teachers and families, especially with bilingual communication needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
