Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- School-based pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Background working with the K-12 age group
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within the K-12 population
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals based on students’ educational needs
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
- Conduct screenings and monitor students’ responses to interventions
- Maintain accurate records, attend IEP meetings, and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
