Desired Qualifications:
- Current Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Willingness to work onsite – virtual services are not available for this position
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload and adapt to a variety of student needs
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support students’ IEP goals
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each student
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive therapeutic environment
