As a full-time SLP (with CCC required), you’ll be instrumental in supporting student communication skills across both secondary (caseload of 45) and elementary levels (caseload of 42). Desired Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLP License
- Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with school-age caseloads
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and comprehensive evaluations to assigned students
- Develop, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans aligned with IEP objectives
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic support
- Maintain accurate, compliant session records and progress reports
- Actively participate in IEP meetings
