- Experience or strong interest in working with PreK–12th-grade students
- Ability to independently manage all school-based SLP duties, including assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with educators and families
- Comfortable adapting to a dynamic, onsite school setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students with diverse needs—from initial assessment to intervention and progress documentation
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Conduct screenings and coordinate with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Offer support and resources for both students and their families to enhance communication skills in educational settings
- Maintain timely, accurate records and stay current with professional best practices
