Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience and enthusiasm for providing services to pediatric populations in school settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop rapport with diverse student populations, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students ranging in age and ability
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results and team collaboration
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services on-site
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes to share insights with educators and families
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote academic and communication success
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
