Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas (TX SLP License) required
- Experience or strong interest in a school-based setting
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Skilled in pediatric caseloads, with specialization in elementary-age children
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students as needed
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and maintain compliance with state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate students' success
- Serve a manageable elementary caseload within one school—no SLPA supervision required
