Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
Lead Communication Innovation Across the District
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a district-wide assignment in Delavan, WI, centered on supporting students who rely on Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems.
This is not your typical SLP role—you’ll act as a specialized communication resource across the district, helping students access language through advanced tools while also contributing to initial evaluations and diagnostics.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy for students using AAC devices and systems
- Conduct initial evaluations and eligibility assessments
- Assist in developing communication strategies across classrooms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educators
- Support implementation of individualized communication goals
Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist credentials (state license required)
- Strong experience or interest in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
- Ability to work independently across a district-wide caseload
- School-based or pediatric background preferred
