Key Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan (required)
- Holds Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience working in a school setting with K-12 students preferred
- Comfortable working exclusively on-site; not a virtual/remote position
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse population of K-12 students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions for optimal outcomes
