Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC required
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of early childhood speech and language development
- Skilled in administering evaluations and developing individual therapy plans
- Confident in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and attending PPTs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to fulfilling compensatory service requirements as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to a Pre-K caseload (currently 14, with potential to grow)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate actively in PPT meetings, contributing insights and strategies
- Work closely with educators and families to maximize student progress
- Track progress and adjust interventions as student needs evolve
- Complete compensatory services when necessary
