Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bridgeport, CT

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with early childhood or preschool-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to Pre-K students onsite
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document findings
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Participate in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings as an active interdisciplinary team member
- Track and report progress for each student, communicating results to families and staff
- Make up compensatory time as needed to ensure compliance and student growth
- Adapt to an expanding caseload as the program continues to enroll new students
