Speech Language Pathologist in Danbury, CT

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state Speech-Language Pathology license and educator certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a school setting required
- Flexibility to work with caseloads and grade levels as assigned
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students across assigned grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), manage documentation, and participate in team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress and engagement
- Complete assessments, progress reports, and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
- Adapt to changing needs and caseloads throughout the school year
