Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Dale, TX

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility for the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric settings, preferably within schools
- Competence in teletherapy platforms and best practices
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Aptitude for teamwork, problem-solving, and adapting to school culture
Your role will include:
- Evaluating students’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
- Developing and implementing targeted therapy plans for a range of speech and language disorders
- Delivering therapy sessions both on-site and via telepractice to accommodate classroom and remote learners
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to support individual education plans (IEPs) and student success
- Participating in team meetings, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Providing consultation, resources, and strategies to staff members
- Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with school and state standards
