Qualifications Needed:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- At least one year of proven experience working in a school-based setting
- Ability to work onsite across multiple locations within the district
- Experience in self-contained and/or early childhood classroom settings considered highly valuable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- No educator credential required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Effectively manage a diverse caseload split between campuses at either elementary or secondary levels
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Document and monitor student progress in compliance with district and state guidelines
