Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Cypress, Texas

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state SLP license
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to serve diverse caseloads in a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment plans for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, counselors, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Conduct therapy sessions both onsite and via secure telepractice platforms, as appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy progress, and compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to individualized education planning
- Deliver training and support for staff and family members on communication strategies
- Adapt therapy interventions to meet each student’s unique needs and promote functional progress
