Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Richmond, TX

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY in progress
- Previous experience working with school-age children or in pediatric settings preferred
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for a diverse range of speech and language disorders
- Comfortable with both onsite and teletherapy/remote service delivery models
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop therapy plans, and provide speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student achievement and progress
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and student performance
- Support IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress monitoring
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication interventions
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
