Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license in California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to quickly integrate into new teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance
- Support a caseload of 55 students at one site from January through end of March (potential for extension)
- Commit to a 7:30am–3:00pm, 35-hour workweek
