Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist near Moreno Valley, CA, serving elementary-level students across a diverse caseload. This leave replacement position is structured to start January 4th and continue through the end of March, with the potential to extend further. Working on a single campus, you'll build meaningful relationships with students and staff, supporting a caseload of approximately 55 children—a combination of speech-only and those receiving resource services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license with CCC credentials required
  • Prior experience working as an SLP in K-12 public school settings, preferably with elementary-aged students
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
  • Effective communication abilities with students, families, and educational teams
  • Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services and case management for students with speech and language needs
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Author clear, comprehensive documentation, including progress reports and IEP-related paperwork
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom integration and generalization of skills
  • Attend and participate in required meetings and parent conferences as needed
