Working on a single campus, you'll build meaningful relationships with students and staff, supporting a caseload of approximately 55 children—a combination of speech-only and those receiving resource services.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license with CCC credentials required
- Prior experience working as an SLP in K-12 public school settings, preferably with elementary-aged students
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
- Effective communication abilities with students, families, and educational teams
- Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services and case management for students with speech and language needs
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Author clear, comprehensive documentation, including progress reports and IEP-related paperwork
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom integration and generalization of skills
- Attend and participate in required meetings and parent conferences as needed
