Candidates should hold a valid California SLP License or California CTC and possess skills in both direct and indirect service delivery, as well as IEP development and evaluations. Experience working with diverse caseloads in pediatric and school-based settings is highly valued, and familiarity with teletherapy and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) pathways is welcome.
Key Qualifications:
- Active California SLP License or CA CTC
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric SLP environments
- Strong background in direct/indirect therapy, IEPs, and student evaluations
- Enthusiasm for working with a range of student needs in early elementary grades
- Adaptability to in-person and remote (teletherapy) services as needed
- Solid communication and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services for students in TK–5th grade
- Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultative support to faculty and families
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address varying student needs
