Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in San Diego, CA

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students within a school-based setting
- Manage a caseload of varying needs, implementing individualized plans and interventions
- Conduct assessments and evaluations, contributing to multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, developing and monitoring goals in accordance with student progress
- Maintain thorough records and progress notes in compliance with local and state guidelines
- Adapt interventions for both in-person and teletherapy platforms as needed
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
Qualifications:
- Active California SLP License or CA CTC required
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of IEP process, documentation, and collaboration practices
- Teletherapy or remote service delivery experience a plus
- Commitment to supporting students with differentiating needs
