Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY-SLP)
- California Speech-Language Pathologist credential or eligibility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience or coursework in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Compassionate, organized, and adaptable approach to student needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with mild to moderate speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reporting in accordance with local and federal guidelines
- Provide both direct and consultative services to students and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment across the elementary campus
