School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Converse, Texas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy
- Current license to practice in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
- SLP-CCC preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented, itinerant role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language or occupational therapy services to K-12 students across assigned campuses
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized student plans
- Lead and participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings, collaborating with special education teams
- Maintain documentation and progress reports per district and legal requirements
- Consult and communicate regularly with educators, families, and other professionals
