Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply
- Prior relevant school experience is highly valued
- Experience with Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings is especially desired
- Flexibility to travel within the district to serve multiple campuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a K-12 caseload, addressing students’ speech, language, or occupational therapy needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Actively contribute to ARD meetings, providing expertise to guide student support plans
- Deliver direct therapeutic intervention and monitor progress to ensure students reach their goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state standards
