Qualifications & Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLPs, but strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates will be considered
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy required
- Valid state SLP or OT licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience with school-based caseloads, including K-12 students
- Skilled in managing itinerant assignments
- Previous involvement with ARDs (Admission, Review, and Dismissal meetings) highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluations, direct therapy, and consultative services to K-12 students across multiple campuses within the district
- Document student progress, develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Actively participate in ARD committee meetings, contributing expert recommendations and documentation
- Support teachers, staff, and families in understanding student needs and progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and optimize outcomes
