School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Conifer, Colorado

This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work Monday through Thursday from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, supporting students from PreK through 12th grade. The position is located near Conifer, CO, with an immediate start and the potential for a lasting career beyond the initial assignment, which is scheduled through May 31.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure and credentials for school settings
- Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, families, and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across PreK-12th grade
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions, maintain student records, and track outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development as needed
