Speech Language Pathologist in Bailey, CO
Embark on a rewarding journey delivering speech-language pathology services to students across a diverse PreK–12 population. This full-time contract opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, allowing for an ideal work-life balance and extended weekends. The position starts as soon as possible, extending through May 31, with the potential for long-term placement.
Your expertise in school-based speech-language therapy will be instrumental in supporting learners of all ages—helping them overcome communication challenges, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals. Ideal candidates should bring:
- Active SLP licensure/certification appropriate for school settings
- Previous experience in a school environment, working with children from PreK to high school
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and progress tracking

Core responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized and group speech-language therapy services to PreK–12 students
- Performing assessments and determining tailored interventions
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Developing and documenting personalized therapy plans and progress reports
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing recommendations for accommodations and modifications
