Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Columbus, Ohio

We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to begin as soon as possible and continue through the end of the academic year. With a manageable caseload of up to 60 students and hours set from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference—while enjoying a balanced schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Experience or coursework in pediatric speech-language pathology, with school-based and/or teletherapy exposure
- Background in providing evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering both group and individual therapy sessions
- Strong collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent organization and record-keeping skills, ensuring students thrive with targeted support
Responsibilities:
- Serve elementary students within a single school day, supporting speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans, integrating best practices for both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of student progress, IEP goals, and parent communications
- Participate in IEP meetings, consult with multidisciplinary teams, and provide resources to empower families and staff
- Foster inclusive, positive relationships, helping students meet and exceed their communication goals
