Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Columbus, GA

This opportunity offers the chance to work on an ongoing contract basis through May 21, 2027, with flexible scheduling available, including both part-time and full-time options (up to 37.5 hours per week).
You will work onsite within a supportive school environment, collaborating with educators and families to implement best practices in speech-language services. What you’ll need to thrive in this role:
- Active Georgia SLP License
- Georgia PSC Educator Certification
- SLP-CCC credential required; SLP-CFY candidates will also be considered
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing onsite direct services (teletherapy is not an option for this role)
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans
- Delivering direct speech-language services to students
- Collaborating closely with teaching staff, families, and support personnel
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing quality documentation
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
