Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Experience within a school-based setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of support strategies for diverse student populations
- Commitment to effective collaboration with staff, educators, and families
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across different school environments
Responsibilities:
- Assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and interventions in both a preschool and an elementary setting
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Document all services, progress, and recommendations according to district protocols
