Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process and state/federal special education regulations
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication abilities
- Commitment to cultural sensitivity and student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supporting educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Deliver services in both group and one-on-one settings, adapting methods to diverse learners
