Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado Springs, CO

In this position, you will utilize your expertise to provide speech and language services, working collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and address various communication challenges. Desired qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Colorado
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, clinical fellows considered
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and provide both individual and group therapy sessions
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to students with speech, language, or communication needs
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings
- Consult with educators on classroom strategies to support student communication
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages student growth and participation
