Qualifications & Skills:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Current (or pending) Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license
- Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
- Strong teletherapy skills and adaptability to both in-person and virtual delivery
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Commitment to providing evidence-based, student-centered therapy
- No SLPA supervision required for this role
Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to elementary students (grades K-4)
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams and families
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and timely report completion
- Engage families and teachers to support student growth and generalization of skills
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy models as needed (hybrid option available)
- Stay current with best practices and district guidelines
