Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid or pending Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license; interviews available during the license process
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year candidates, and experienced SLPAs encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms for delivering remote services
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly valued
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-4 students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet each student’s unique needs
- Delivering both in-person and teletherapy services, as applicable
- Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth
- Maintaining accurate records and complying with all special education and district guidelines
- Providing mentorship and support to fellow SLPAs or CFY colleagues, if applicable
