Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will also be considered
- Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for student development and collaboration
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support IEP development and progress tracking
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting to classroom and remote learning environments as needed
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student success beyond therapy sessions
