Desired Qualifications:
- Current Virginia SLPA license required

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting assessments and delivering speech/language therapy for students in grades K-12
- Developing and managing individualized therapy programs aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Documenting therapy sessions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to IEP meetings
- Providing guidance and training to teachers and staff regarding speech and language development
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and utilizing mentorship resources
