Key Qualifications:
- Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred

- Ability to provide both direct and indirect speech-language services

- Flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively in different modalities (onsite, travel, or possibly virtual)
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based direct therapy services to students
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and families regarding students’ needs
- Maintain accurate progress documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with a team of clinicians and participate in ongoing professional advisory support
- Sustain compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
