Step into a dynamic, full-time role supporting students’ communication development at multiple educational sites in the vibrant Clovis, NM area. We are seeking dedicated, contract Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential therapy services within a school-based environment through the end of the 2026-2027 school year.
Your experience with diverse student populations will make a direct impact as you travel across school locations, collaborate with educational teams, and work closely with students to help them achieve their communication goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active NM SLP license (required)
- Experience in school-based settings is preferred
- Adaptability to work Itinerant across multiple sites
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to students (caseload and ages to be determined)
- Travel between assigned campuses to support a variety of student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
- Foster an environment that motivates and encourages student success
