School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Clinton, Missouri
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ speech and language growth in a school setting near Clinton, MO. This 12-week assignment provides vital leave coverage and offers a highly manageable two-day-per-week schedule (excluding Mondays), allowing you to maintain a balanced routine while making a meaningful impact.
Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC and/or teletherapy skills will be highly valued. You’ll primarily work with an elementary caseload, with some involvement with K–12th grade students, delivering essential speech-language services throughout the school’s supportive environment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) certification
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Teletherapy skills and comfort with remote service delivery
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support student success
- Complete documentation and IEP paperwork in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as appropriate for remote service delivery
