Sunbelt Staffing is seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full school year assignment in Clifton Springs, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative district where your caseload and placement are thoughtfully determined each summer by a supportive SLP team.
You’ll begin with a focus at the elementary level, with flexibility and team-based planning that ensures balanced caseload distribution.
Position Overview
Schedule: Full-time (consistent weekly hours)
Caseload Model: Traditional caseload approach
Student Population: Primarily elementary students (placement finalized by SLP team)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
Work Setting: Itinerant travel may be involved (paid travel details provided during hiring process)
Required Qualifications
Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred (or CFY candidates considered depending on district needs)
PEL (Professional Educator License) required
Prior school or pediatric experience is a plus
