What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current (or eligibility for) Arizona SLP licensure and relevant school credentials
- Experience in a school setting, particularly with middle school students, preferred
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric speech-language pathology, including 1:1 intervention
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 59 students
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Your Role Includes:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for middle school students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address each student’s needs
- Providing direct 1:1 therapy and group interventions as warranted
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
- Maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Providing input for IEP meetings and supporting students’ educational goals
