Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Eligibility for state SLP licensure
- Prior supervisory experience or readiness to mentor a CFY onsite (2.5 hours/week)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practices with school-aged populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services for a caseload of 12 students (7.5 hours/week)
- Oversee and mentor a Clinical Fellow, offering on-site support and supervision (2.5 hours/week; totaling 36 hours/year)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with staff, families, and other specialists to foster the best outcomes for students
- Remain current on best practices and new developments in speech-language pathology
