School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Cicero, Illinois

Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid and current state SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC or CFY status accepted
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required
- Previous experience working with K-5th grade students strongly preferred
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and provide evidence-based intervention to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions to maximize student progress
- Offer consultative support and training to teachers and families to promote generalization of skills within the classroom
- Engage in periodic progress monitoring and re-assessment as required
