Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify the speech, language, and communication needs of K-5 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct intervention and therapy services, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop strategies supporting communication in the classroom
- Maintain precise documentation and progress reports according to school and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary teams
